Burudu

I've been working on Burudu pretty much my whole adult life. Started in 2012 in my college dorm with Nakul. From then to now, both of us have dedicated a lot of our time to this one name, Burudu.

Our music has grown and covers genres like Indie-Pop, Electronica, Hindustani Classical Fusion, Post Rock, Avant-garde electronica, and to a large extent, Orchestral.

The motive remains the same, although a little altered. We always strive for interesting and movement-inducing ways of expressing some level of melancholy.

Burudu has had the chance to play different stages across India, Indonesia and Mauritius. From large stages like Magnetic Fields (Alsisar), Ziro (Ziro), NH7 Weekender (Pune), La Isla 2068 (Mauritius); to many intimate venues like The Royal Opera House (Mumbai), Betelnut (Bali), Primal (Bangalore), and The Daily (Mumbai).
